Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and euros. Other pricing may be available for long winter lets or for short breaks, (minimum stay three nights). Please contact us for prices.
Changeover day
Flexible.
Booking notes
50% non-refundable deposit required on booking. The balance 6 weeks before the start of the booking, or in full if booking within 6 weeks. Payment can be made in Pounds or Euros, preferably by bank transfer. A security deposit of £200 is also required when paying the balance. Subject to their being no breakages, other than by fair wear and tear the deposit will be refunded to you after your departure.
Long term let or purchase
The penthouse is also available for long term let at €1200 per month, for periods of up to 11 months. If you are interseted in purchasing the apartment please email info@hillviewspain.com with offers in excess of 380,000 euros fully furnished.
